How our consortium works
A lead consultant manages your relationship, scope and programme. Where the work needs additional expertise, specialist associates support the delivery. Shared standards, document control and review processes help keep the work consistent.

Meet Brian Licence
Brian Licence is the founding consultant behind S B L Consultancy.
His background spans operations, engineering, rail businesses and project management. He has established companies and divisions, developed management systems and supported supplier registration and tendering.
His career includes operations leadership at Unity Rail Solutions, rail division leadership at Naio Environmental and project and change management roles at Greater Anglia, including client-side project management on the Cambridge Sidings redevelopment.
Brian’s qualifications include PRINCE2, Lean Green Belt, SMSTS, Sentinel PTS, CSCS, a CMI Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading and an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering.
